Sometimes you just need some ready to go printables for life skills and transition students in high school, without all the fuss of creating them from scratch. These print ready activities give your students lots of practice with next dollar up maths concepts, so they can easily learn to manage their money when they are ordering in a cafe, restaurant or take away store.

Next dollar up is a simple maths skill used for students in life skills and transition programs, to help ensure they always have enough money for the item they want to buy. Rather than rounding up or down, next dollar up simply means rounding to the next whole dollar. If an item costs $3.20, the next dollar up is $4. If a student has $4, they know they can buy the item.
