Keep your own set of numbered cards for handy reference or to support learners who do better with extra scaffolding.
Ask students to work together to read a clue, then find the correct matching picture card.
See how many clues students can match correctly to the pictures.
Bring the class back together to discuss issues, answer questions and reflect on learning.
Add variation by using the picture cards alone as a research prompt.
